This Cookie Policy explains how Memora LLC ("Memora," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage, such as local storage and session storage (together, "cookies"), on https://mem0ra.com, including the Memora web app. For more about cookies, see aboutcookies.org. The Memora mobile app does not use cookies; our Privacy Policy explains how the app and the website handle your personal information.
How Memora uses cookies
We use cookies for these purposes:

Analytics cookies
We use PostHog, Inc. (United States) for analytics. PostHog gives your browser a random identifier, so we can count visits and see which pages and features are used. We do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
- On our public website, PostHog records the pages you view, how long you stay, and what you click.
- On our public website and the sign-in page, PostHog may also record a replay of the visit, showing how the page was scrolled and clicked, so we can see where visitors get stuck. Everything typed into a box, including your email address and password, is masked and never recorded. Replays are never recorded in the web app.
- In the web app, PostHog records which screens are opened, which actions are taken, and when something fails. It never records the content of your memories or anything you type.
