Subprocessors
This section is factual and current, unlike the rest of this document: it is compiled from the services Memora actually calls. A subprocessor is a company that handles some of your data so Memora can do its job, and each one only ever receives the part its job requires.

Processing your memories
Deepgram
Turns voice recordings into text. Receives the audio you record.
ElevenLabs
Speech synthesis for spoken replies. Receives the text to be spoken.
Voyage AI
Turns your memories into the mathematical form that makes searching by meaning possible. Receives the text of the memories being indexed.
Tavily
Web search, where answering needs outside context. Receives the search query, not your archive.
Running the service
Render
Hosting and the application database. Holds your account and your archive.
Resend
Transactional email such as verification and notifications. Receives your email address.
Sentry and PostHog
Crash reporting and product analytics in the mobile app. Memory content is not sent to either.
Services you connect yourself
Spotify and Apple Music are only contacted if you choose to connect them, and only to read recently played tracks so a moment can carry what you were listening to. Disconnecting stops that immediately.
